We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail or Evri usually on the same working day that you place your order if placed before 3 PM. During exceptionally busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order.

Here is some information about the delivery services we offer;
Next Working Day - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive as soon as the next working day including Saturdays. We use a 24 delivery service. Please note that this is not guaranteed to arrive next day, and no refunds will be given for any postage that has been paid.
2-3 Working Day - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days including Saturdays. We use a 48 delivery service.
Please Note - Royal Mail and Evri aim to deliver your order the next working day, or within 2-3 working days, but this is not a guarantee. A tracking number may be provided where you can see the delivery confirmation and rearrange the delivery date and location if a delivery attempt was made.
