COVID-19 - Rest assured we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff members at this time, and they are working tirelessly to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. There may be some delays on shipping due to reduced workforce in the business under COVID-19 government guidelines. Please also be aware that couriers are still experiencing some service disruption, which may affect expected delivery times once goods are dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.

We dispatch all orders with Royal Mail usually on the same working day that you place your order if placed before 3 PM. During exceptionally busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process your order.

You will receive a text message or email once your order has been dispatched. However, sometimes this email can go to your spam folder.

Here is some information about the delivery services we offer;

Next Working Day - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive the next working day including Saturdays. We use Royal Mails 24 delivery service.

2-3 Working Day - If your order was placed before 3 PM Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days including Saturdays. We use Royal Mails 48 delivery service.

Please Note - Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day, or within 2-3 working days, but this is not a guarantee. You will be provided with a tracking number where you can see the delivery confirmation and rearrange the delivery date and location if a delivery attempt was made.
